3. Eligibility and Registration

4. Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance by WorkNest. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

5.2 International Shipping
For international deliveries across CIS countries:
- Customers are responsible for customs clearance
- Import duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility
- Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
- Documentation requirements must be provided accurately
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1 Return Policy
- Returns must be authorized in advance by WorkNest
- Products must be in original condition and packaging
- Custom or personalized items are generally non-returnable
- Return shipping costs may be charged to the customer
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days of authorized return receipt

13. Termination

- Outstanding orders will be completed unless cancelled
- Payment obligations remain in effect
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination
14. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
